Ben has more than 10 years experience as a professional dog walker, pet sitter and day care provider. He worked at dog care facilities in New York and Washington D.C. before bringing his expertise to Chateau Marmutt.

Ben has three dogs - a 9-year-old red-nose American Pit Bull named Cardinal, a 2-year-old black Akita mix named Drexl. He rescued Drexl off the street. His newest addition to his family is Matilda, rescued from the South Central shelter. He loves all animals but DOGS are where his heart belongs. He recently lost his third dog, Flint, to cancer. Flint was a Pit Bull (one of the best!) and was only 7 years old.

Ben aspires to go into veterinary medicine.
